5 years of MMU revisited

wow, long time since i last updated. but i guess nobody really visit it anyways. BTW, now i am preparing for my final battle at MMU. All assignments done, FYP done, except the printing of final report. For final report printed a total of 5 copies. Each copy containing 150 pages, phew.

Starting to think about my life after graduating. Found my self staring at an uncertain future. Looking back at my 5 years of campus life, felt that alpha was most fun. Then first year of engine really was the suckiest year. After that switched to BIS the feel good factoe of campus life started to return. Only regret i had in my campus life is, well, no gf. hahaha. I know that's lame. But what to do. That's how lame i am.

Gal pal aside, i did made some really great friends in my campus year. Those guys and gals from alpha. You guys were the first people that i got to know in MMU. Really missed those crazy alpha days. Those days were the best days of mu MMU life. Too bad you guys had to move to Cyberjaya. Still remember throwing people into the sea at Pantai Kundur, BBQ at kian An's house, gambling at yee siang's house. And also the stupid and lame short sketch for English. Really wished i could relive those days.

Before moving to my uncle's house, i stayed in a house known as no 778-A, Jalan Emas 5, Taman Kerjasama. Got some interesting characters as housemates during those 2 years. There is Mr Marvin, the fellow Liverpool FC supporter, who introduced me to the Liverpool Supporters Club of Malaysia (thanks eventhough LSCM absolutely sux, paying RM 40 a year for almost nothing :p). He was also the one responsible showing me around SS2 during my industrial training. Now i can't get Mong Kok Hong Kong Restaurant out of my head (French Taost, yummy). And also the multi talented Mr Ah Fu. Too bad we didn't get to meet up during the course of my industrial training. Let's hope we can meet up after my final exams.

Moving onto the later stages of campus life, i got to know all the dudes and gals from BIS. Well, people always tell me that coursemates in uni are often not true friends. Only exist to take advantage of each other. Well, screw them all who say that. BIS Class of 2005, you are the greatest. Always looking out for each other,
like the SQA situation, petition for Financial Management (too bad no reply from Mr Dean). Of course, my best friends, Ah Soon, Wee Kuan and Kuan Sze deserve special mentiones (the 4 of us is the F4 of BIS, not sure who bestowed the title uppon us). You guys really defined my campus life. I will forever remeber the nights when we always go lim teh and talk cock, ranging from views on love, views on life, views on the economy, views on society etc etc etc and the list goes on. And of course who can forgot the various "operations" we undertook together. But Mr Soon, your flawed intelligence really cost me a lot of economic and emotional distress during the course of "operation spitbreak". AHAHAHAHA!!!!!

I only got to know the gang consisting of Cheryi, Li Shan, Rachel and Pei Wen at the closing stages of the final semester. But still of the short time together, i really did enjoy all your company during those activities with us F4. By the way, Rachel
is really good with the piano. Ice Sculpture, Movies, porridge buffet etc etc etc.
Really wished we could have had more time together.

My retaking of Programming II also led me to know 2 cute gals from Miri, Maggie and Ivy. You two are the only juniors that i am really close too. Really appreciate both of you going to Segamat for my birthday party. next time lets go to that Durian Plantation again :p

I really can't mentioned all of my uni frinds here. The list will go on and on and
on. But i will never ever forget anyone of you. Campus life would not be the same without all of you. So, let's keep in touch even after we graduate. Let's hope that after 10 or 20 years, we will have a gathering and by that time we will be showing off our kids to each other.
